- in india it Works under 3rd party contract with trigent software professional services bangalore
- trigent office location is in race course road, full onsite australian shift 5 am to 2 pm ist - sometimes unpaid OT too, everybody has to travel far during those abnormal unsafe hours
- trigent staff don't see you as one of their own, never include in any of their inmails/ activities, no help/ support from them - only bad vibes from them - which effects ur health too
- have to go fully onsite even when nobody is there to supervise us/ team lead, no travel expenses/ cab facilities, nobody lives in race course road as it's expensive place, people have to come from far away location just for the "sake of it"
- if u have to take a leave on Monday, if no 2 weeks prior permission taken, irrespective of the reason - 3 leaves are deducted or 3 days l.o.p
- Chandler Macleod group has different teams in india, but the one led my Mario deniese(resides in australia) is the worst - toxic & micromanaged, only his teams has to work fully onsite, the rest teams work fully remote, long process for each calls & emails & sms, not easy ATS templates, seek is the only source of sourcing tool - same recurring australian federal government roles, that everybody has been working for 5+ yrs and exhausted pools, target - 40 calls/day - irrespective of the subs, min - 3 subs/ day - which is just unreasonable for the roles, and 1 sourcing pool, no job postings done or its applicants either - so no Incentives/ bonus/ hikes/ growth either
- first place I've seen where the director - mario - instead of communicating directly with his managers/ team leads, gets on call directly with the recruiters with his managers & everyone on team meetings infront of everybody - reviews their call numbers, types of cv's screened quality, indecently to embarrass them, keeps interrupting people - irrespective of the recruiters exp & background - 0 trust - which should be only done by the team lead 1 on 1 in private
- the edc team manager in india - aparna has 0 authority, she tells the recruiters to check with mario even for a day leave or wfh if unwell/ raining
- the trigent h.r themselves say it's impossible to find recruiters to work for this role - even with the above market standards pay - due to its schedule and fully onsite role, the job posting runs all year! - only 1 or 2 hires, out which people still dont last long, some don't even show up the 1st day of joining or take salary & run off
- job satisfaction, mental health, toxicity, employee retention - is terribly pathetic - with this style & work pressure u dream of competing with Hays - then dream on..!
- even the domestic recruiters on floors get more free time & seem happy than us - we don't even get time to stretch our legs or have our meal, no fun activity, by the time we reach home we are just dead tired for anything else or family time - so 0 work life balance - complete burn out - just numbers numbers numbers..
Advice to management-
For this job, shift timings & location - it "MUST BE" fully remote/ 2 days onsite per week "MAX" - or if not the travel expenses should be paid/ cab facility at the least, target should be max 2 subs/ day - no call targets, or get more sourcing platforms & job postings for ur roles, lesser micromanagement & toxicity, better job satisfaction, and respect mental health of employees, have fun activities weekly or outings/ trips atleast once a year- build a connection/ bond with ur employees, Open communication - more comprehension & Understanding & lesser of reactions & being petty..!...Read More
