In projects, there is no routine & system.

Dislikes

Nobody is serious concerning to safety aspects. Safety department's reporting is with Projects head who only sees his production targets and safety is not that important. Safety department should never be under site in charges.

Proffessional are not required here. Here the director has full power. There is no provision to approach higher management.

Mess food quality is good.

Working 5 hours more in everyday and not even getting paid for those 5 hours. Salary is given for 9 hours and work is taken for 14 hours everyday.

If a healthy and professionalsm is to be achieved towards improvement of the organisation, then safety department should be under higher management rather than working under Projects director, coz.....Project director will always suppress safety department as he has to achieve his targets towards construction and maintenance activities. 2 safety officers have already left the organisation in this regard. Safety department should not work under stress or else he will not be able to analise the risks....Read More

I have been working from very long. Now the management is asking there employee to give good ratings in Ambition box and glassdoor. This is one of the worst University to work with. Zonal managers are just gao-wala-chhapris ,they will abuse you and threat you. No job security they can mail you anytime "Tommorow would be your last working day". They don't care about your career. They don't give how much revenue you have given. Unrealistic Targets of addmission. Each executive has to 120+ admission per year. They will ask you to give admission for December and close down there admission at octuber. No commission, no bonus, no increment, no growth,...Read More
