University environment is good for students but as well as office environment is not good and harassment and mentally torcher is too high and they are given work at the end of the day like 4:00PM and 5:00PM and also put that work that is not mentioned you anywhere during the interview day. They hired you only based on your profile but after joining within one week they give you other work instead of your profile. And also they have a person who is listening all the things that happened in the office even you talk personally and that person listen and tell every 2 minutes things at director and HOD Office. Micromanagement in everything.. Faculty is forced to sit in class all the time without actual contribution. Education is not important here but attendance is all that matters. No respect for faculty members. Bad and toxic work culture. Disrespectful students, no filter of who is admitted in the institute. Lots of spoon feeding is expected management. All about branding but from inside its empty.

The University has the sole objective to get accreditations and ranking at any cost. No matter how many malpractices are required for this. This university is fake and just a show business. The so-called President Awardee VC misbehaves with even the leadership (Dean/Directors). He is too arrogant and biggest conspirancy creater. He loves to chat with women from different departments and please them with unethical support. All deans/directors/EDs are just puppets of senior management (The Chancellor)...Read More

Being a hostel warden is a truly fulfilling experience. I get to interact with students daily ensuring their safety, well-being, and discipline. It's rewarding to be a mentor to them , guiding them through personal and academic challenges. The university provides excellent hostel facilites and I take pride in maintaining a secure and comfortable for all residents

Dislikes

However, managing student complaints , late-night disturbance. It's challenging to balance strict rules while also being approached. Some nights can be sleepless, especially when dealing with medical emergencies or conflicts.

In admission season we have to work 7 days a week. And so much pressure for meeting target, threatening to fire from job. Without proper communication suddenly fire people actually they don't fire, they will say employees to put resignation paper. And will use marketing team for taking admission also use admission counselors for marketing jobs.. Like no other companies do that. Period
