They try to provide decent salary, though it was not enough.

They do not provide any staff quarter. They have free transport, but not from where I stay. The working days are usually from Monday to Friday. But the autority often call on Saturdays. Though the working hours is till 4:30 PM officially, employees needs to stay more often for pending works.

...taff right upto the security guards is so helpful that you won't ever feel lost. Salary is always on time and HR dept is cooperative too.

Saturdays are working most of the time and if you've joined recently, the leaves would be few.

Good salary and job security, with opportunities to teach and mentor students in a dynamic environment.

Heavy work load with administrative tasks, and sometimes students are not serious about their studies.

HR staff has noo respect for the teachers ... Pay least interest to teachers problems... They won't even pay you well for your job... Overall it's a toxic environment there.

No respect to faculties Micro management Workload not evenly distributed among faculty pool 6 day work week. Roster off is available but may get cancelled any moment. No. of holidays and leaves are also very less.
