If you are focused then you see everything good around you and The best thing I like the working environment of CGC COLLEGE LANDRAN.

Dislikes

The only thing I don't like here is the old staff more than about 15 years to 20 years. They don't want to except the new technologies and change of working strategies.They used to work like they are doing from last 15-20 years.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
