The college is more like a jail for students as well as teachers.Low salaries.Poor work culture.The senior staff harasses the junior staff.They will not consider your degrees but assign you work on the pretext that there's always something new to learn.It happened that I used to teach quantitative techniques in Management dept and Ihave done my masters in Mathematics and the dept assigned me the duty to grade the summer internship presentations of MBA students when I know nothing about it.I wasn't the subject expert but still they insisted me to do so and upon asking , even HOD didn't have a say because the senior staff had a talk with the Dean and they considered it right to assign a non expert person to grade the future.They insult the teachers ,in their speech on teacher's day they said replacements are for everyone, insulting a very senior teacher on stage .I don't understand why they are even in education sector...Read More
