Dislikes

Those who do well they are loaded with lots of work load beyond capacities, in the other hand free seekers will enjoy timely salaries without doing anything. Those who work more gets less salaries on the other hand people who work less get higher salaries. Lots of politics by HR head and new management people. New joiners are treated with sky high hikes in salaries whereas old employees are given peanut hikes. HR Head is master in politics....Read More

Salary is on time and company culture is good, But huge work pressure on individuals for carrying out works. Work life balance is no where hence you won't get any work satisfaction

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
