On time salary even if it is less they will provide it on time

No career growth, TA is very less and not getting it on time. Average work span of any sales staff is 3-6 months even if you were a killer salesperson in your previous company you can’t sell these products. CHAMS services include outdoor ads and providing Marketing strategies to other companies while CHAMS is getting adviced by another company for the same .
