Working with the teammates I always keep friendly involvement but many time I feel some secretes was hide from them. Every New comers was trained by me. Top Management was faith on tips by their channel not sure about the employee so Job Security is Zero. Once you perform good in any responsibility you will be stuck in that only, so carriers growth was stop. Salary was in time .. excellent . All employee was enjoy with timely salary.
