Such type of person mentality and how biocon kept till now a question mark. No body likes him all over the department. Very criminal minded and there is no skill and knowledge at all. One day work from home. One needs to clock 9 hours everyday and hence it provides very less flexibility. It's not that supportive in case of medical cases and I've seen them not allowing people to work from home even in case of injuries and ailments. They call for the role of maintenance engineer and they put us under documentation. Managers over there don't even care whether we are gaining knowledge or no. Never go here. Environment in this department is too toxic plus the salary is only Rs 10,000 per month that too many delays for crediting the salary on time. I left this company mid of my apprenticeship program.
