The payouts of variable component is never given since 2023. 4. High job insecurity & low learning opportunity. 5. Company has diminished its value by not delivering products to customer on time. Do not join this company guys they will ruined your career. Infact there is nothing like company now it's like a shop. They don't have money to pay salary, vendor payments, not even have money for production.

Ptani funds kaise raise mil jata h inko. Progress ke naam pe sirf documents bnate h. Practically koi baat nhi krta h, politics khelte h, sirf experiments chalte h.. You need to stay till late nights, not good appraisal even if you are capable, you can be removed easily from company without any reason. Freshers are more entertained in case if salary and experience people has no facilities like such, health insurance is not for your parents.
