No one know how to do work even owner also. Every one work its own like to do. Project ki koi timeline nhi h..sirf baat krte h turnover bdhane ki. Salary not on time. No benefits. Ptani funds kaise raise mil jata h inko. Progress ke naam pe sirf documents bnate h. Practically koi baat nhi krta h, politics khelte h, sirf experiments chalte h.. Hiring and firing dono bulk m krte h. No job security. Job chodne k baad bhi paisa nhi dete h. And Hr bhi jhuut bolte h. I suggest don't serve notice period because kab denge kuch nhi pta. He will say working hours 9 , you will work 11 to 12 hours if you will go after 9 hours without permission then boss will say KAL SE MT ANA. AND FIRE YOU.
