No one know how to do work even owner also. Every one work its own like to do. Project ki koi timeline nhi h..sirf baat krte h turnover bdhane ki. Salary not on time. No benefits. Ptani funds kaise raise mil jata h inko. Progress ke naam pe sirf documents bnate h. Practically koi baat nhi krta h, politics khelte h, sirf experiments chalte h.. Hiring and firing dono bulk m krte h. No job security. Job chodne k baad bhi paisa nhi dete h. And Hr bhi jhuut bolte h. I suggest don't serve notice period because kab denge kuch nhi pta. Literally nothing. The worst place to work. No promotions or appraisals. They haven't paid any appraisal money or MBOs in over two years. And also don't do FnF of employees who leave.

You need to stay till late nights, not good appraisal even if you are capable, you can be removed easily from company without any reason. Freshers are more entertained in case if salary and experience people has no facilities like such, health insurance is not for your parents.
