I like to work their because their is good communication between supervisor/ operator with QC team where we discuss any quality issues to solve and to improve productivity

Dislikes

Well salary is less compair to other companies wile sometimes need to do extra hours but can't get OVER TIME Salery. And my quality head don't no how to all-out work with QC inspectors

Work Details

Chaitanya hi tech is automobile factory & their is totally 8 unit in Bangalore . We produce cam shaft and supply to Bosch , Now new customer are coming across India to manufacture in Chaitanya hi tech. Due to grinding machine we use here

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! I’m looking for career shift Help will be appreciated. Current role Project engineer handling projects related to environmental compliance. FYI
