In overall company is really good for freshers. Members benefits are cool and CGI as an organisation it’s really good. End of the day it’s the project which you get is the cons here ... I was into an project from the beginning where I didn’t get my promotion on time and proper hikes but they pointlessly made to work on all time regardless weekends and late night hours and end of the day I’m not benefitted....Read More

I joined cgi as a fresher and have worked in for 3years .its a good company for fresher to start their carrier.work environment is very good.you will have fun activities on floor.appraisal is very good if you perform good.Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds and we work happily with collaboration....Read More

Growth is slow Managers do not value an individuals' unique strengths and there is no on-duty training for fresher hence we need help from senior folks every time.
