Employee benefits under avanta Group was excellent but under murugappa nothing given.Company now debt free but no employee benefits ,still company run with 2017 policies only . They reduced some benefits too . They need a growth but not interested on employees growth .If you go with higher pay then ok after that you will not get more than 8% increment and even not on time till now no appraisal given. So much politics. Old employees don't wanna work and even they don't support. Old people running the plant and do not welcome new people and have made a terror environment in plant. as i working as mechanical design engineer no deep learning of mechanical design, no proper planning or bad process/management, every time blame to design department, there is no proper engineering department for execution of design changes.

The promotional criteria and procedure is not well as it should be. As a trainee you can't expect to getting on role here. either you are being a good and well productive employee while working or not.

Worst company I ever worked, they don't have any ethics and Hr policy, without any support that just want numbers and threatening everytime. Even after resignation they will not settle your full and final payment and Hr will not have curtsy to reply on the follow up mail. You will not get your hard earned money after separation.
