This review is about Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals. There is nothing as such to like.. This company is far away from reality .. Chasing numbers is the only thing your seniors know without focus on market working. Sales Employees are encouraged to come to office rather than working on the field. There is a lot of internal politics and due to this this company has lost many of its good employees. This Company is a nightmare for hardworking people .. I would never ever in my life would recommend this company to any of my friends or family....Read More

For Crompton Greaves Consumer Electricals - Kolkata - Work Cultures Inexperienced Seniors Working Approach Work Life Balance Vocabulary of the Seniors HR dept is very soft spoken during recruitment but once you get in they do not listen to your problem. The company can only demotivate it's employees, people will even call you on Sunday morning and demotivate you. The work culture is so sickening that a colleague of mine was in a position to visit a psychiatrist due to the unacceptable Vocabulary used here and the pathetic level of stress. It's good to work at a less pay package at a junior position in your current company rather than coming over here and screwing your career and personal life....Read More

Greaves was my dream company, Unfortunately , I did not crack that interview in 1996. So, still I egger to join after a so long period.

Am I on right path?

Right after my BCom, I took a service advisor role at Honda for ₹7K due to urgency. Later, I moved to a gas station for ₹10K, handling all kinds of work beyond office tasks. My breakthrough came when I joined as an order management specialist in Bangalore for ₹22K. To advance, I self-learned Excel, Power BI, coding, and automation, earning a specialist role. I also completed my MBA in Logistics & Supply Chain online. After four years, my salary reached ₹35K. With management’s support, I transitioned to a procurement specialist role at ₹45K + ₹11K (night shift), later growing to ₹58K + ₹11K by optimizing processes. Now, I’m preparing for an HR round and planning to ask for a 55% hike. Am I on the right track? How can I accelerate my career growth?
