CAOMPANY PLOCIES AND MANGEMENT IS THE MAJOR POINTS WHICH I LIKE ABOUT CEVA

I am working in ground and rail (cfs). I as an employee expect more responsibilitiy which i not see here. Same people are working since long times even no suffling there which is badly required. If though you are capable enough still you not gonna get any chance. Specialy in eastern zone there is no growth at all. Will request Management to take a call on this.

The job is ok ok tyoe. i have a small team of five member. Most of the staff are experiened. sad that didnt get ay chance to enhance my skills till today stil the jobs which i am assigned to is quite intresting.

it is good company to work for great work environment they do a lot for employees.

dislike is there is no team work till now in ocean export am started in ceva 2014 to 2017.. one guy is there position is Dupt-manger he is more then 10 years in ceva. even he could not develop single person because of EGO and personal vengeance me and my friends all are resigned one by one and join some other forwarding company... why now am told. Now also same issue is going on there. lot of talented person are resigned just 2 or 3 months and we no ceva ocean exports volume its very huge and the problem is lot of KPI also we update in system its take off an day....Read More

The problem is that at management level no body wants to work on the solution due to which.. at down level there is no directions.. people come and go home.. no actual work is happening. so people are happy they dont need to take pressure as such...

There is clarity from Management to down the line. No team bonding, everyone is trying to pass the bucks. issues never get resolved; it only changes the destinations & dates. Moreover, the system they have is one of TOP worst I have ever seen. No reporting is accurate, and they don't talk each other due to which people easily get frustrated due to no or low visibility. The back bone of any companies operations is finance, but here FnA is working at very low pace which pulling us down from the market practices. The leaders are least bothered about whats happening at down the level & people at down level least bothered about the quality of the work..
