Nothing much elaborate on positive side

No process, even though they have so much capable of implementing the process overnight, but they will not drive towards the future. No system friendly tools for CS and operations I studied that the CEO attitude will reflect till layman of the organisation. Still following 30 years old culture and they believe managers are asset to the company, whoever below manager level it will be treated like trash No skill and development for the employees and will not pay as per the market standards. Employee benefits other than salary, is nothing No encouragement, if ops or CS do the value addition, they will not get benefitted. Every continent will follow different style of process and it's hectic to follow up. They reason here is to mention is atleast, this will be reviewed and change their attitude in future and treat everyone without partiality....Read More

The problem is that at management level no body wants to work on the solution due to which.. at down level there is no directions.. people come and go home.. no actual work is happening. so people are happy they dont need to take pressure as such...

Dislikes

There is clarity from Management to down the line. No team bonding, everyone is trying to pass the bucks. issues never get resolved; it only changes the destinations & dates. Moreover, the system they have is one of TOP worst I have ever seen. No reporting is accurate, and they don't talk each other due to which people easily get frustrated due to no or low visibility. The back bone of any companies operations is finance, but here FnA is working at very low pace which pulling us down from the market practices. The leaders are least bothered about whats happening at down the level & people at down level least bothered about the quality of the work..
