It was really good while I was joining 3 yrs back. Because of less no. of employees and due to a minimal infrastructure it was so nice to be collaborative and less politics.

As of now it's trying to becoming more as a corporate like structure & the implementation of new methods with immediate effect results in bad team handling and bad HR management.
