It depends on individual how confident you are to take initiative for new projects in R&D. I personally was not that confident when started with Cesare Bonetti since it was my first job in design and development. Still I had very good experience in terms of knowledge gaining and on job training. Low pay and when I was working Sysytems were not set properly. Had to run around for drawing release and take signature from every department. In short no respect for hard work I was doing. As per ISO drawing revision and correction should be documented properly, to avoid same mistake again, I did not see that system there. Correction we’re suggested at eleventh hour and it becomes very hectic to implement at such last moment....Read More
