Likes

Good work environment and good teammates are very supportive ly and management is very transparent.company policies are nice and they will give good salary hike and bonus every year

Dislikes

Salary is very low and decent but career growth is slow .on the job training is not given to new joiners

Work Details

I learnt everything on the job.I got a chance to helped me get different roles within the same team the job is very interesting .I struggled a little bit in starting stage. There was no formal training session

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.

I'm getting a good offer after joining a company. It's been 10 days only . Can i leave it?

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
