Dislikes

The company works on inspection which requires employees to travel very often and stay away at sites. The management doesn't treat their employees at same level equally. They put pressure on employees who seems easy targets and are working loyal and honestly hence force and end up losing the service of loyal employees. the assignments comes with short notice. Management does not prepare the roasters in advance which enables smart and people who play politics to evade site duty. Hence there is clear disparity and discrimination in the treatment. Third part inspection of procured materials, Oil & Gas/Infrastructure/Railway/Gas Pipeline/CGD, Project inspection of site fabrication/installation , Certification of Offshore Oil & Gas Projects, Vendor Audits/Assessment, ERDMP/T4S Audits of Assets.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)
