The most important part if you are working at best, they point you out and ask you to work at best ( Which doesn’t make sense) . If you think you can enhance skills here then this company is dead end

They only major Dislike would be that they lag the monitory and the promotions to the employees which would actually bring down the motivations for the employe to actively contribute.

It is very difficult to find teams with culture this good. Everyone is entirely supportive and professional. It's a huge plus. Makes everything bearable.
