In this product company, a non-technical and incompetent individual, who couldn't even pass a project manager interview, appointed as the temporary site leader. Worst company. lack of culture at Pune centre. this company is a joke in the name of product co, the promotion and salary hike decided by HR manager in India. full of politics. product work mostly taken care by onshore guys. not much scope to learn.
