People there are toxic. They will say good things about you in front of others, but with boss, they show their true motives. Bosses are also like them. They really don't care about their employees and their hard work. No work-life balance is there; they will tell you that there is urgent work tomorrow and have employees working hardtill 10 p.m., and the other day they just come and say that it is not required at all. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
