There is biased relationship and very low work life balance. People just chill and do less work and just talk. But the company in few customers are doing good business but very bad in quality some times.

Dislikes

Probably everything, The management is least bothered to the people who are in the field and the RSM of south has gone worse to being a autocractic leader and played very cheap politics to taking people out of job for his personal interest. Company is growing by acquisitions but is nowhere selling value to the customer.

There is a lot to learn at ceratizit on handling people, people in production teach us a lot but the ones in Admin and sales are really worse and they do not have any recognition in the market P.S none knows the RSM and Customer do not like to meet him.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me.
