Job security totally depends on individual capacity. Teammates are okay to work with. Company policies keep on changing. Bonus is not there and salary hike is again depends on your work totally.

Hey, AB fam, PIP = Corporate death sentence. I was there too🥲—panicking, checking Naukri every 5 minutes, watching Bhagavad Gita reels at 2 AM. Priya Ma’am, my boss, had lost faith in me. Friends said, "Bro, PIP se promotion tak koi nahi jaata." But I refused to go down. My Survival Jugaad? Chai Pe Charcha – Timed my tea breaks with hers. "Ma’am, elaichi daalni chahiye thi." Next day? She agreed. Trst unlocked. In meetings, I nodded like a bobblehead. "Ma’am, truly visionary! Aap to corporate Rani Lakshmi Bai ho!" Smiles = Achieved.. Emotional Connect – She loved dogs. I updated my DP with one. "Ma’am, my dog wakes me up for meetings!" Bond = Secured.😉 The Final Jugaad – She looked stressed. "Ma’am, even Dhoni takes a break!" She smiled. Game over. After a few months "Congrats on your Promotion!" Moral? Hard work is good. Smart work is better. But jugaad? Boss, that’s the best! Got a crazier PIP escape? Drop it below! 😂👇

Working in the Legal Department is terrible as here very old people who don't know how to work get employed over here, the other departments had fights with this person but he still manages to stay in his position. HR favors the legal manager over here as if he is the boss and HR doesn't have the capability of doing anything. Legal Manager Kamal is the dumbest, ill-mannered person ever and always puts illogical opinions in the meeting and when a junior employee tries to correct him he gets jealous and starts to demotivate him by hook or crook and doesn't let him do the work peacefully. The HOD and CEO must fire him immediately because his company is suffering a lot financially, he always tries to belittle and demotivate his colleagues....Read More
