It a very good professional company to work on..But however due to some senior management we can't able to sustain even if u perform too good..otherwise it's a superb company to work.. If your manager likes you u wil sustain in this company for long time if u do not achieve your sales also.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
