First thing first, I am saying all the things for joka unit only. Can't say about other 1) Bonus @20% per annum 2) Big and vast unit. You will end up learning something for sure.
Again for joka unit, I am mentioning 1) No centralised HR system. Joka has its own hr policies 2) One man show. A senior authority has utmost control over the administration. He/she being treated as a god there. The policies changes with his whims. Even the MD is sidelined by him/her 3) You won't get any leave for 1st one year.. no matter if you have most serious of the diseases. It will be leave without pay. 4) the LWP you took for the year will get adjusted in 2nd yr also. Second year, onwards you are entitled for 30 leaves. Now for instance if you by any means couldn't able to attain office for 20 days in first yr, your leave will be adjusted with the formula 365-20*0.08 . i.e. 27....Read More

Company has no vision mission, company hires people and forgets about them, (example - their management trainees) they hire mt's and forget about them, transfer them illogically here and there, when they starts to get a grip in the market and they expect freshers to to magic like magicians in the new transferred Market. The worst isthe hr department, they are full of miscommitments. They hire freshers and destroys their career, my other batchmates are mt's in other companies and they r promoting to permanent employees, and i, still scrubbing here in this pathetic company as a management trainee.
