I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Centrum Direct Limited was an awesome company to work with.. But after Ebixcash acquired us, Ebixcash is the worst company to work with. Ebixcash has laid 90% employees off from the the system during this pandemic situation - they name it as 'Leave without Pay'. No support from them

For freashers its a good place to learn but for experienced people it's non recommendable. There's no understanding among managers in the team and the same branch. But if you are good at flattering then it helps., sometimes.

Dislikes

You will be pressurised to sell each and every product ; SATURDAY working; Every week you have to prepare your data for review which is of no use. Sometime they will make you feel like a telecaller irrespective of what position you are at. Career wise it's not at all recommendable until and unless you are in Operations.
