There’s a team in CMIE in BFSI which is handled by Chinmay, don’t ever join that your job is not at all secure with this person and these person is women centric and favours women a lot, he guides and does everything but what is actually needed in your life is not there. Rest other teams do WFH whenever they want but only his team works from office whatever is the emergency. They have very poor leave system, for first two years they have only sat and sun off and 3 national holidays in a year and 0.75 leaves per month which is useless…. if you want to jooin any other team than Chinmay’s team you can join but don’t join Chinmay’s team....Read More
