What I like is that there is no deadline and the work culture is very very much stress free. That's the highlight. You can do your own work without compromising anything.

Dislikes

Dislike is, you'll get to no where after here. Just a 9-5 job with holidays.

It is not compny. it is government Organisation established for research, development and to suggest remedies to control floods and other problems faced in dams/ reservoirs.Here is a excellent opportunity to learn latest developments and research in use of water,its storages, hydro electric projects to control floods and flow of revers etc. Here is very good opportunity for carrier growth.

there is some bad politics within staff and officers. career rise/promotion is slow as usual in government organisations.
