CWC is a miniratna public sector undertaking of govt. of India. It is basically a storage agency. The work culture is from good to excellent depending upon the place of posting.The salary package is very good. Mostly the Jobs are in the warehouses where the work is to be done beyond office hours. One has to do every type of work without considering his job profile. The job security is 100%.

Dislikes

There is no proper distribution of work.The intelligent and laborious employees have to work more.The organisation doesn't have it's own work / production and we have to depend upon other agencies.

Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?
