Yes, Because It's a opportunity to work with many projects.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow. There is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign. On the job training is not given to new joinees.

Work Details

The job is quite interesting! I struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session. I learnt everything on the job. I got a chance to wear multiple hats and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team.

frankly speaking, I have to work from the last 6 years. I have joined CPWD Jan-2014 I have earned a good knowledge and More with experience from CPWD Organization. Some officers are good to attend to us and give a suggestion for how to good work in CPWD

CPWD is the oldest and best agency in regards to civil, mechanical and electrical engineering. Its way of doing work is very exhaustive and contains extensive detailing and knowledge. All the other similar departments have to follow its functionary procedures.

Dislikes

There's enough scope for training it's engineers for currently prevailing job skills that are required for keeping in line with the vast engineering field.
