This is an autonomous body under Central Government. Working atmosphere is as applicable to central Government employee. But employee benefit is hardly looked into.

Job security - Excellent
Promotions - Good

Dislikes

Office is concerned about the work but net out come is hardly looked into. Most of the staff members are not trained as per their job requirement. Recently some life has been added to accounting process. Loss of files is a regular phenomenon. Some times it leads to loss of employee claim.

Salary - Bad
Work satisfaction - Poor
Company culture - Poor
Work-life balance - Poor

Work Details

Work from home, Education assistance, Free food, Team outings, soft skill training, international locations, Health insurance and on job training etc. cannot be thought of in this organization.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Strict Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within City.
