Job security in GoI office is good and sustainable unless you are attracted to major penalties under CCS(conduct ) rules for the act of your dishonesty ,non transparency in work culture ,doubtful integrity etc. Due to maintain a good relation with the seniors and juniors,the work culture in office runs smoothly and propagates a goodpotentialty before the employer. Management is divided in that office in two parts pertaining Technical and NonTechnical.For Non Technical aspect the management hierarchy in this subordinate Govt of India office is from Office Superintendent -Assistant Director (Admn) and finally headed by Director being head of Office.
