Friends don't join in this company, when i had gone for interview First question HR asked was what is your caste second question was what is your 1st company MD'S caste(i had worked there for seven years) i didn't think these are suitable questions to ask in an interview. i had gone Assistant Manager - Warehouse position and was interviewed about my caste and secondly i know Basic Excell and i didn't Advance Excel and the interviewer asked about this topic,i didn't understand their interview process they didn't ask anything about warehouse or logistics just asked about caste and advanced excel.
