Likes

Nothing except the big infrastructure and building.Run n managed by Buddhist mission.Two schools in Ranchi - Bariatu and KANKE branch.Nothing is good there except cricket ACADEMY.Job satisfaction of a teacher is missing at such places because pay is less than expected.

Dislikes

No discipline at all. Management never Focus over the knowledge and understanding of children.Senior students we're bringing mobile phones in school premises daily and using it in front of teachers.Boys openly challenge teachers to see outside the campus if you are strictly for them in the classroom.Smoking cigarettes in washroom isa common practice.One girl commits suicide in Hostel Premises Under doubtful conditions. Management treats children as assets for bringing MoneY only. No morals and values are found inside the campus....Read More

Guys I am in PIP and feeling stressed all days

I had fight with code reviewer he is from other team he is just arrogant and he complains to my manager , The manager gives wrong and negative feedback though I am technically sound , but got released by from the project by the manager After that I got new project it was only 2 month I done all most all work got spot award also for this by working more than 12 hours . Because of this overwork I am feeling stressed and new project is coming to me and they just asking me about justification for all 1 Guys I am in pip but new manager said(may be choclate to employee) we will retain you by giving good feedback 2 All people in the company want to take me in projects but asking me justification for pip 3.Working more than 12 hours every day and also attending late night calls I am stressed out every day with working hours and also the justification given to others lot of politics happening . Mentally draining with no patner in my life to share this who can understand this and guid .
