Hello ,I hold bachelor degree in mechanical engineering 2019. With 4.5 yoe in Total 1)Associate product compliance engineer - 1.5 years 2)Currently working as Project engineer (compliance). 3 years I see no growth in my current company and current role.so I’m looking for career shift,high growth and good package. Skills 1) Environmental compliance(REACH,ROHS,..) 2)Basic networking OS,Linux basic, Aws cloud 3) SAP MM (in progress) 4) Project Management (self preparation from PMBOk) I’m confused between sap mm consultant and project management I’m getting difficult to choose,Which would be great choice according to my background and high pay, stable job Can anybody recommend which domain /role is good for career transition! Every one are good to approach and help in completing the work.

Most of them don't know their work they are few but they have their time binded in their work , freshers or experienced it takes more than time to slove the queries , no proper timing , when will we getting out no guarantee and if you join as Technical Consultant in hcm then your life will only be about work not more than that no time for enjoyment.
