Celsius Healthcare is a pharmaceutical company that stands out above the rest. They are a company that truly cares about their employees and their family. They had an employeefor over 25 years and who was diagnosed with cancer. The support and care that Celsius Healthcare provided for his family was beyond what I could have expected. They provided assistance with his medical bills and looked after his family with compassion and understanding. Celsius Healthcare also provided his family with emotional support and counseling, as well as guidance and advice on how to best manage the situation. They even went as far as to provide financial support when necessary. I would highly recommend Celsius Healthcare to anyone looking for a pharmaceutical company that truly cares about their employees and their family. Overall I was very satisfied during my work at Celsius. The management is very ambitious & the same is expected from all employees. Company's policies were very well defined & I got timely appraisal & multiple recognitions for my work. We are always working on implementing new things & our ideas were always discussed in detail & considered. Most staff were cooperative & hard working.

Nothing specific. As we were expected to perform, sometimes we felt work was more but in hindsight I think I learnt a lot as I got exposure of various aspects.

Office politics is very heigh there. Many employees left their job because of office politics. Office Enviroment - not good for efficient & hardworking employees because only buttering works there.
