Likes

Nothing. Continuous harassment by my manager led to leave this company. Complained to HR but that lady made sure I am out of the company. No place to complain as HR is corrupt and immoral. Managers are jokers. No respect for people here.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
