Good work environment and culture . Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent and Company policies are good appraisals are fair

There is a lot of politics and management doesn't address our issues salary is decent but career growth is slow

Struggled a bit in the beginning as there was no formal training session i learnt everything on the job l got a chance to wear multiple hast and that helped me get a taste of different roles within the same team

Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss.
