As my experience was totally terible out there they don't appreciate and good work done by employees but blame you continuously for the work done whether that work is not in your hand. Top management behaviour towards employees is also totally terible. Also they don't doing terrible with staff but also with the customer experience as well they are also practicing some wrong ethics on floor changing expired product date to new date by placing there's own barcode on it and try to play smart in front of customer. Suggest new person not in join this organisation at any cost they don't appreciate you in the terms of work and monetory benefits.
