SAP needs to be customised as per site conditions in India, Budget preparation should be once per year and not twice, Company should deploy more faithful and sincere top management or decision makers in India.

They are open to suggestions. Higher management are easier to reach. They have started to let the staff work from home during this lockdown time.

Dislikes

I think one of the main problem is that company is not applying the lesson learned from their past experience. Now, they have good experience of current market but they are leaving the business. In fact, it is best time for them to use the lesson learned , and the government is planning huge investments in infra business.

Company was too good but one and only problem is Indian management. They don't want to give you any opportunity to growth.

I am deployed at pwd project Delhi. Main problem was the staff is not cooperative like your manager alsi help you. Otherwise HO was good. Company is too good. Payment is credited in account before 30 or 31. So i must say company is best but site workings staff is not good.

All clear instruction what to do or not to do. There is no confusion. Work will be allocated as per the capabilities and responsibilities. Flow chart for the work movement - start to end.

Dislikes

As per above, work will be done as per the work flow so it is not good at all time. you cannot do better if you have. you have to do as per chart. On a rolling process which restrict to improvement.
