Likes

It was my first job, the skill development and training part was very good, Career Growth and opportunities were also good. Salary and incentives came always on time.

Salary - Good
Skill development - Excellent
Work satisfaction - Good

Dislikes

Company was good , but work pressure was very high,

Job security - Poor

Work Details

It was challenging, I learned a lot.

Work days: Monday to Saturday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This job involves Travel Within Country.

I have been terminated in a day without any prior Notice what should I do ?

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
