Would have felt better if the salary was the same as the work, but it is not so Work load is too much

CEAT is really good and famous tyre company n even I have learnt a lot n we have given the training for machines and English speaking also .I have enjoyed working there.they aslo provide other commercial benefits to us like Mediclaim,of and other incentive benefits.

Dislikes

We can't get free time .we can't take a leave even if we are sick.culture is quite okk but seniors behaves like a boss and don't even give week off.sometimes we have to do double shift due to others.

Work Details

My work was littrelly hard.i had to load the 500 kg spool after every spool change n even change the formers which are heavy and edges are sharp .risky work was that cz so many abnormalities were there .if we don't take care accidents are possible
