Latest technologies but with limited access. Company gives you bonus like food beverages transportation free of cost

Heavy work pressure, literally noone to guide you if your experience is less Accessiblity is again difficult thing as it is in a remote area. Senior managers from production domain are so rude but my manager was good. Typically felt like a factory culture of 20th century Not offering any help vouchers etc for taking certifications like ccna

Work Details

Since its a production environment, it will be a 24*7 running plant if any device is down you wont get a breathing space But network team was very good and understanding Very good for the starters to learn things but you need to learn everyt

Will this recent termination effect my future career? So I have worked with this company its not even been 6 months they terminated me just before completing my probation period 2 days left for my probation to complete they terminated me before that immediately, will I get a relieving letter ? What should I do ? If I dont get relieving letter can I join other companies without relieving letter ? Should I ask them ?
