Overall this organization is very good and the products are really top notch no doubt but you will get a lot of target pressure if you dont fulfill the desired target and the system works for that particular month. Intially there is a very little pressure but after 3 months you will feel the pressure for sure. Those who are actuallywilling to learn something about hardcore selling then this is the best of all Organizations. Job security is 0℅ in this company.HR department is too bad it's like a Lala company not a corporate. Pay is very low & expense is given by company is zero no single penny petrol expense given by the company. New joine get higher salary by old employees even company had defection on salary. If people want growth & good pay then this company is not good for that person.

In its record , this company never pays their x employees full and final . So before giving resignation try to take the salary and then put resign . You will loose hope after doing follow-up and one day you will forget about your FnF amount .
