Work culture of CDM Smith is really amazing, proper outings are arranged for the employees, for rejuvenation of the employees and to encourage employee involvement in extra curricular activities, games like carrom, badminton tournament, cricket tournaments are also arranged.

I have been recruited to work for a project based in Dubai. Reporting Engineers are bosses, because of the unorganized structure and lack of influence from the top. Overall in my opinion reflecting it's a business and nothing can be expected and guaranteed for career growth. For permanent employees, its common to be placed in 6 month performance improvement program(PIP), which often seems like a pretext to eventually terminate them. Despite claiming to be employee-centric, the company often fall short when its time for salary hikes. Common excuses include taking more leaves, being unavailable for overtime, or not being available during fixed working hours, even if you consistently complete your 8 hour daily target Employees are frequently required to work on weekends without being allowed to charge overtime, as project hours are limited in most of the cases.
